Welcome to First Grade! My name is William Neely, and I am a first grade teacher at Drayton Mills Elementary School. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina Upstate. I have been teaching First Grade for eight years. My favorite subjects to teach are reading and writing. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my wife, playing with my dog, and working in the yard. Drayton Mills Elementary School is proud to be a Title 1 school!
