• Welcome to Fifth Grade Math & Science!  In science class students explore a number of topics, from matter, to ecosystems, to the position of Earth in the universe.  More importantly, while exploring these topics, students are challenged to think critically, apply scientific and engineering principles, and engage in scientific argumentation. In math we will expand our knowledge of mathematical operations to include multiplication and division of decimals and fractions.  It will be a challenging, yet fun year!
