Mrs. Lockamy

Hey, y'all! I am Mrs. Lockamy! Welcome to Carver Middle School! I grew up in North Carolina and attended East Carolina University where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Studies with a concentration in Community Health Education. I then moved to Spartanburg in 2014 and attended Converse College to earn my Master of Arts in Teaching degree where I am certified in Elementary Education. I have been teaching for four years and I am beginning year five teaching 6th grade Science. In our classes, we learn about weather systems, energy conservation and transformation, and the study of life with focuses on plants and animals. We have a lot of fun in our classroom and become like family! I know this year is going to be a great one, despite the current circumstances. I can't wait to meet you!
