Welcome back!  I know, like you, we have all been filled with uncertainty about what lays ahead.  One thing, I know for certain, is that no matter what, my goal this year is to teach your child and help them grow this year.  

To begin, I would like to share a little about myself.  This is my third year at Mary H. Wright.  I have taught 3rd, 2nd, and my new journey has brought me to 5th.  I am super excited to be teahcing 5th this year!  Before a career in education, I worked for a Global Pharmaceutical company and a utilities company doing process and quality improvement for their call center and claims processing.  I decided to go into education and have not looked back.

When not teaching, I have a lot of interests.  I love to read, especially historically based books.  I enjoy live theater, concerts, and street music.  On beautiful days you can find me outside downtown Spartanburg or hiking.  Finally, I love to surround myself with friends.

I am beyond excited about the upcoming year!  I know that teaching virtually will be a challenge, but it is one I am ready to meet!
