COVID-19 Vaccine Information for the District 7 Community

  • COVID-19 vaccine roll-out plans are continuing to move forward in the state of South Carolina The Department of Education announced some good news for for all SC residents over 16 years of age. They will begin the rollout of Phase 2 on March 31. 

    Gov. Henry McMaster and DHEC has announced all South Carolinians aged 16 and older will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine beginning March 31, 2021 and can begin scheduling their appointments on Wednesday. NOTE: Currently, Pfizer is the only vaccine available to those aged 16 and 17. All three vaccines—Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen—are available to those aged 18 and older.
