Welcome to Mary H. Wright Elementary School! I am so excited to be here to serve students with educational speech and language needs, including fluency (stuttering and cluttering), articulation (phonology and speech sound errors), receptive and expressive langauge, and voice needs. I went to Presbyterian College (2008) and earned a B.A. in English Literature and Western Carolina University (2011) and earned my M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders so that I could learn how to best serve my students. I have been in District 7 for 6 years and have loved serving in the District that helped me to obtain a fantastic eduation (former Todd Tiger, Carver Wildcat, and SHS Viking here!). If you have any questions or concerns about speech/language development for your student/child, please do not hesitate to contact me. Below are some links to speech/language development as well as to the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
