Ms. Vera Felcia Ratcliffe

Hi, my name is Felicia Ratcliffe.  I moved to Spartanburg to attend college and it became my new home.​ Teaching young learners is my passion. After graduation, I taught first grade at Chapman Elementary. In 2012, I was awarded Teacher of the Year. I am excited to continue my teaching career at DMES. ​I have one daughter, Jordin.  ​In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends and watching movies. ​
