Hello to all parents and staff!

My name is Katy Grindell and I am so excited to be at JBE this year! A little bit about me, I am originally from Charleston, SC. I went to Converse College and received my Bachelor's Degree in Comprehensive Special Education. After college, I taught in another county for 3 years. My first two years I taught resource and my third year I did 3 and 4 year old special education. I love that I am now teaching K-2nd grade special education.This is my 7th year teaching and my 4th year in Spartanburg District 7. I am looking forward to this very exciting year ahead and can't wait to watch our students grow!
