Mrs. Alana Grant

I am a 1991 graduate of Spartanburg High School. I later graduated from Limestone College (2012) with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management. I enjoyed a career in Human Resources and Customer Service, but knew that my place was in education early in life. So, I left a career that I liked for one that I love. In July 2021, I received my Master's Degree in Education from the University of South Carolina-Upstate.

I firmly believe that in order for any child to move from striving to thriving, (s)he must do so in an atmosphere where (s)he feels loved, safe, secure, stimulated, and free to make mistakes. 

I teach 8th grade English/Language Arts and I am excited to work with your scholars!
