Mrs. Atari Leach

Welcome to the "Artists' Lounge" of Carver Middle School. Hi. My name is Atari Leach and I am so excited to spread the joy of art to my students. I am graduate of Gaffney High School in Gaffney, SC. I was a three sport scholar athlete. I am also an alumni of Limestone College where I also played college basketball.  I have a degree B.A. in Visual Studio Art. Prior to becoming an art teacher at Carver Middle School, I was an art teacher at Southside High School in Greenville, SC. I served as a varsity basketball coach there also for 8 years. I have also taught at Camp White Pines, which is a DJJ school in Jonesville, SC. 

Art is my passion. Teaching is my passion. I have combined the two to empower all children to use art as an outlet and a way to express themselves in a positive way. All of my students are apart of my art family. I teach my students as if we are truly family. 

The "Artists' Lounge" is where all my artist come to create. The following classes are apart of the lounge:
