Mr. Reid Johnson

My name is Reid Johnson and I will be your students' Social Studies instructor at Whitlock Fexible Learning Center. I am a Native of Spartanburg and just recently relocated back to my home town after 20 years away. I have lived in multiple countries and have a unique professional background spanning from the entertainment industry to real estate. I recieved my Bachelor's degree from the University Of South Carolina Upstate. 

I am an avid surfer, skateboarder, snowboarder and Yogi. I am also a musician and community organizer. I love Spartanburg and work alongside several local non profits to help better our parks, recreation and community. I also organize multiple events each year in Downtown Spartanburg. I love the outdoors and love to travel. I have one daughter who currently attends school in District 7 as well.
