Student Council

  • The McCracken Student Council is made up of two branches: Senate and House of Representatives. Student Council Cabinet includes: a president, two vice-presidents, two secretaries, a treasurer, a Speaker and Vice Speaker of the House.  

    OBJECTIVES: 

    To represent the student body in all matters pertaining to the betterment of the school

    To foster communication among students, administrators, staff, and the community

    To promote, organize, and execute activities that encourage student pride and school spirit

    To install democratic ideals

    To provide an outlet for student expression, and a forum for aiding in the solution of school problems.

     

    PURPOSE:

    The purpose of the McCracken Student Council is to develop leaders within the school and community.

    Student Council members must maintain an average of C or better with no Fs and acceptable behavior with no suspensions.
