Carver Media Center Wins Grant

Carver's Media Center was awarded a $500 grant for the project "Get Graphic" from the Junior League of Spartanburg. The grant will be used to purchase more graphic novels for our school library.

Graphic novels, particularly manga, are the most popular genre at Carver. Often that section of the library looks rather bare. This money will allow us to purchase both new titles and multiple copies of some of the most popular books.
