YMA Cares Awards Students
YMA Cares, a local nonprofit organization YMA Cares awarded three Carver students Wednesday with $50 gift cards. Students were selected by their teachers for good attendance, behavior and academic achievement. Three students were chosen at random from all those nomiated.
The students who received the awards were Sky Carter, Javerion Jeter and Jonathan Fair. Mr. Joseph Wallace from YMA Cares presented the certificates and gift cards.
