We are pleased to announce District 7’s academic calendar for the 2026–2027 school year, which includes two new breaks – one in the fall and one midwinter – to help students and teachers recharge and maintain steady progress throughout the year. All Spartanburg County school districts collaborated to create this calendar with the aim of sustaining strong engagement, prioritizing student and staff well-being, and supporting student success. Congratulations to these 5 Eagles who have been selected to sing in the SC ACDA Middle School Honor Choir! These students participated in a rigorous audition process of which roughly 1700 submissions were made across the state of South Carolina and were selected to perform in this year’s honor choir. They will travel to Coastal Carolina University in January to join the top middle school singers from across the state in rehearsing and performing with well-known choral music clinicians from across the country.🦅

Today in Mrs. Roger's ELA class she was able to deliver individual conferences with her students while our Instructional Coach guided students through an engaging article using a Say-Mean-Matter chart. Meanwhile, our Technology Instructional Coach explored AI safety and best practices with students- connecting learning to real-world innovation!
Collaborative teaching at its best! 💬🤖📚🦅
