District 7 is pleased to announce the academic calendar for the 2026–2027 school year, which includes two new breaks—one in the fall and one midwinter—to help students and teachers recharge and maintain steady progress throughout the year. All Spartanburg County school districts collaborated to create this calendar with the aim of sustaining strong engagement, prioritizing student and staff well-being, and supporting student success. The calendar continues to include staff development days that allow for professional learning and collaboration among teachers and staff to strengthen instruction for students.
