Returning Students

All returning students will need to verify residency. Please bring in:

• Mortgage Statement, Lease Agreement, or renew your Affidavit

• Utility Bill (water, gas, or electric)

• Driver’s License

• Complete Final Forms (check your email)

New Students

• District 7 Registration Form

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Record

• Proof of Residency

Post cards for Meet the Teacher will be mailed on July 17th for students whose enrollment is complete
