Enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is now open for currently enrolled D7 students through FinalForms!
Preparing for the new school year is a two-step process:
Review and update your student's FinalForms information
Submit your annual required proof of residency (after July 1)
You will follow these simple steps:
1. Visit https://spartanburgseven-sc.finalforms.com/ and click the “Parent Login” icon to enter your username/password (if you do not remember your login credentials, click “forgot”).
2. If the current school year has not yet ended at the time of your login, you will need to click the blue button to switch to the new school year after logging in.
3. You will see a list of your students. Click the "Incomplete Forms” button and complete the forms for each of your students.
4. For assistance, click the "Get Help" button located in the bottom right corner of any page to receive support directly from FinalForms. You can also call your school’s Powerschool Secretary for assistance.
5. FinalForms provides parents and guardians the ability to edit information as needed throughout the year! Log in any time to update your contact info, your student’s emergency contacts or those allowed to pick them up from school, your home address, student health records, etc. or to complete new forms that have been added for your student such as a sports physical.
Annual Proof Of Residency Submission
Spartanburg School District 7 requires proof of residency for all students after July 1 of each school year. Your child's school will communicate summertime document drop-off dates, during which time you should bring this in along with any other needed items.
If you have not moved since registering last year, only one current utility bill is required.
If you have moved, two proofs of residency are required and must include ONE of the following: A recent tax document for primary residence, current signed rental/lease agreement with legally notarized documentation from landlord verifying current address, AND ONE current utility bill (i.e. electric, gas, water, cable).
