Vikings, Get Ready: Let’s P.A.V.E. the way for 2025-2026!
A great school year starts with students who feel confident and prepared. We are excited to P.A.V.E. the way (Prepare All Vikings for Excellence) with a back-to-school fair to help you take care of everything needed to begin the year! Please save the date – all students should attend on their designated day.
WHAT TO BRING: We will complete the required annual residency verification for every student during the event, so please bring your proof of residence. Class schedules will not be distributed until residence verification is complete. If you have not moved, one current utility bill is required; if you have moved, two documents are required (must include ONE of the following: A recent tax document for primary residence, current signed rental/lease agreement with legally notarized documentation from landlord verifying current address, AND ONE current utility bill).
SAVE TIME AT THE FAIR: Guardians should log into FinalForms to complete the annual registration process in advance (those unable to do so will be provided assistance during the event). Get info at Spartanburg7.org/ENROLL.
2025-2026 Registration, Document Drop-Off, and Class Schedule Pickup
Tuesday, July 29 – Juniors & Seniors
Wednesday, July 30 – Freshmen & Sophomores
8 AM – 4 PM
Viking Arena
Visit each station to complete the following:
Submit REQUIRED proof of residence and other documents
Pick up class schedules (note: schedules will be made available once other required documentation is complete)
Get your Student ID
Apply for student parking pass
Pay any fees
Sign up for bus transportation
Activate your PowerSchool Parent Portal account
Join our PTO and Viking Athletic Booster Club
Order your yearbook
Purchase your Viking gear
Tour the campus (student guides will be available)
SENIORS: pick up graduation information
