Congratulations to our Student Council on an outstanding weekend of leadership and achievement. Competing against 57 schools at the South Carolina Association of Student Councils conference held at R.B. Stall High School, our council earned the organization’s highest distinction, Gold Honor Council.

We are also proud to share that Miles Little was elected SCASC District Chair, and Payten Shell was elected State President. Over the next year, both students will represent our school at conferences and meetings across South Carolina while serving in their statewide leadership roles.

Our school will host the district rally in October, welcoming student councils from across the region. We will also host the 2027 State Rally in March, where student council organizations from across South Carolina will gather for three days of leadership workshops, elections, and team-building activities.

A big shout-out to our Student Council advisors, Kiley Painter and Cassidy Holt, they guided our team to success. Congratulations to our entire Student Council for representing our school with excellence.
